Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries

½ cup blackberries

1 banana

⅔ cup spinach

⅔ cup boiled or canned beets (drain)

⅔ cup strawberries

2 cup water (for thicker smoothie add 1 cup water)

1 mangosteen

1 kiwi

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1.  Add all ingredients into blender except mangosteen, kiwi and hemp seeds

2.  Mix until smooth mixture comes out

3.  Cut open mangosteen and slice kiwis on top

4.  Sprinkle hemp seeds
